ELECTRO SWING VS REGGAE WITH SEPIATONIC (USA) & RAGGALUTION (SLO)
WELCOME TO SEPIATONIC! Emerging from the emerald twilight of Portland, Oregon, Sepiatonic is a vaudeville-inspired dance and music experience. Some parts theatrical show, some parts wild dance party, this project always brings innovative audio and visual entertainment! We feature original live and electronic music, focusing on electro-swing, but extending out into further realms of balkan beats, hip-hop, funk, and more. Sepiatonic strives to bring vintage class into today’s electronic music, and to put a bumpin’ booty party into a vaudeville experience. We have high energy tunes, belly dance and burlesque acts, antics up our sleeves, and strive to distribute joy everywhere we venture!
Raggalution was born in the summer of 2011 in Kranj, Slovenia. Seven musicians from different parts of the alternative scene were brought together by the unifying power of reggae. We released our debut album Mask of Liberty in 2013 and toured across Europe, playing both miniature underground clubs and major festivals. In 2017 we finally finished our second album, Gatekeeper, which moves even further away from traditional reggae, into fusion territory. For us, reggae is like a glue that holds together all the different flavours we want to put into our music.
Reggae is more than just music, it is a way of spreading ideas. We will never lose sight of that. Raggalution is a herald, spreading the message of peace, love, and unity to whomever is willing to listen.

USB is the latest project of Dj MGL (Music Grande Luxe). In which he’s satisfying his needs for combination of electronic music and live instruments. The music we play is mostly electroswing, frequently interlaced with house, Balkan beats, breakbeat and d’n’b. Our typical set is usually a compilation of several genres which have proved many times to keep the dancers going thanks to changing different music styles.
You can see and hear us at many festivals such as Mighty Sounds, Rock for Church, OAF, SUN, Zámostí, Springbreak, Sadskafest, Letni Letna, Beatz for Love, Good Vibrations, and more, not only in Czech rep. In Prague we’ve been residents and headliners of “Radio1 ELECTROSWING River”. Also USB’s regular performances at Prague’s famous “CROSS Club ” are very popular. We are used to visit foreign parties and festivals like Bereton Festival in Munich or SwingIT!!! parties in Vienna.
The aim of our gigs is to make all ladies and gentlemen start dancing together again, as they would, do so in good old times. Come and see for yourselves whether we can make you become a dancer again ;)
