PITCH:With this project, Cédric Hanriot offers a music open to the cross-currents of jazz, pop and groove. To accompany he him he called upon bassist Bertrand Beruard, with whom he practiced his first scales 20 years ago, and the prodigious young drummer Jean-Baptiste Pinet, whom they both discovered in their home region of Lorraine.
The group playfully explores famous international themes taken from the pop of Katy Perry, the rock of Nirvana, the electronic music of Massive Attack as well as exploring Cedric's original compositions in which groove and interaction are the main focus. The music is distinguished by the addition of electronic textures that interact with acoustic instruments (piano, drums and bass) bringin a cinematic dimension to the trio.Timeline:2011: Creation of project 2011-2012: Tours in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam2013-2016: Tours in Uruguay, Argentina, Japon and Europe

It aims to help change a preconceived image of jazz that is commonly found in France and worldwide. This is a strong commitment upheld by the three musicians of the trio, who campaign for the transmission and accessibility of their music. The trio, since its inception, systematically proposes each venue with a meeting with the local audience, discovery seminars, and specific types of workshops with the individual musicians.
