NOUVELLE PRAGUE 2019
Nouvelle Prague attracts musicians, professional public and music fans not only for a rich conference and workshop program but also for a genre-wide music show that will take place in Prague in the multifunctional DOX+ hall and the Cross Club on November 8th -9th, 2019.
This year, the British and Scottish scene will have a strong presence. Singer-songwriter Tom Grennan who inspired the audience of this year's Rock for People is returning to the Czech Republic. Moving with ease between pop, indie, and alt-rock, the musician and guitarist has been touring small clubs and pubs for several years until he broke through by signing a contract with Insanity Records. In addition to a successful solo career, he also participated in the hit All Goes Wrong by Chase & Status.
Some of the most interesting bands of the current Scottish scene, noise pop The Ninth Wave, post-punkers Franky's Evil Party or Sophie and the Giants, a quartet creating a dreamy indie-pop landscape, will arrive at Nouvelle Prague showcase.
The Hungarian Vera Jonas Experiment skillfully balance on the border of acoustic, experimental and electronic music, the Wattican Punk Ballet, Armenians well-known in the Czech Republic, will perform their dance-punk psychedelia. There will also be Polish rock’n’roll Cinemon, French noise post-rock trio Lysistrata, dark electronics Bolt Ruin from Belgium, Danish songwriter Lydmor and one of the best Slovak alternative rock bands Diego.
Panel discussions and workshops this year focus on issues of music publishing and promotion, publishers, synchronization and sustainability of the entire cultural industry, visitors will be able to meet representatives of international labels, agencies, management, and festivals.
Delegate passports and showcase tickets can be purchased from the GoOut pre-sale network, and the organizers point out that the festival has limited visitor capacity.

LOOSE LIPS 5th ANNIVERSARY
5 years since Loose Lips was born from a hyper discussion in a sweaty living room after coming back from a long night at Fabric in London!
To celebrate half a decade of looseness, we're throwing a load of whopper parties across Europe, bringing together residents, label crew, and various members of the LL extended family who have contributed to any of our projects.
In Prague - the home of many friends - we have something really special for you!
We’re delighted to bringing a good friend, the man behind our 150th mix series edition, and a DJ that has inspired and influenced us hugely…to Cross Club in Prague…JEROME HILL! He’ll be joined by LL residents, Dog Eyes & Medallion Man, as well as local legend, Beef Records & Komiks founder, DJ Schwa.
