CROSS KONCERT
Prague born and London bred Michaela Charvatova, known by her stage moniker ‘Maella’ is an alchemist - melding her soothing vocals with driven guitars and experimental productions, she conceptualises a sound that is feverishly emotional and dream like; grunge in attitude, folk in intimacy, and art rock in its delivery.
A dream pop trio formed in 2017 in The Czech Republic. Their distinctive sound is largely inspired by vintage records from the 60s and 70s, just laced with a bit of shoegaze fuzz fetish goodness. They are a unique act on the Czech alt scene, currently in Radio Wave’s Starter - making their first waves. Save Me was chosen as the most impressive track of Week 1.
This young band from Prague entered the music scene in early 2016 with a single called Everblue Forest. The song gained success in a Radio Wave contest and therefore they were offered to play in such popular events like Free Mondays or Vývrtka festival and they supported many foreign bands. They released their debut self-titled album in 2018.
